MOUNT TYPES

Inside mount: Inside mount requires at least 2 inches frame depth. For easier installation, on a regular basis the shade width must be at least 0.4 inch smaller than the window width. Choose the exact WINDOW INSIDE width and height to place order, we can reduce 0.4”on the order width when making the shade, so the final shade you get will be 0.4″ less than your order width. If your window frame depth is less than 2 inch You’ll be able to choose outside mount.

Outside mount: For better coverage, if there is enough space, on a regular basis the shade width must be 3″ to 6″ larger than the window outside width, shade height must be 5″ to 10″ larger than the window outside height, choose the FINAL SHADE width and height to place order, we can make NO deductions.

The hardware is attached in the package and it is good for inside mount and outside mount.

INSIDE MOUNT MEASUREMENT:

Step 1. Measure the inside frame width at three locations-top, middle, and bottom. Record the smallest of the 3 measurements and use that number as the width when ordering.
Step 2. Measure the height at 3 locations-left, middle and right side. Record the smallest of the 3 measurements and use the number as the height when ordering.
OUTSIDE MOUNT MEASUREMENT:

Step 1. Measure the outside frame width adding 6-10inch to be the outside mount shade width.
Step 2. Measure the outside frame height adding 5-10inch to be the outside mount shade height.
The overlap recommended is to allow appropriate coverage and avoid larger gaps.

If you aren’t confident with the size or color, please only order one blind for test.

For example, if your window inside opening size is 35.5″W by 40″H, please choose WINDOW SIZE 35″W, width fraction 8/16 and 40″H to place order, we can reduce 0.4″ when making the shade, so the final shade you get will be 35.1″W by 40″H.
④ OUTSIDE MOUNT: For better coverage, shade width must be 3″ to 6″ larger than the window outside width, shade height must be 5″ to 10″ larger than the window outside height. For example, if your window outside size including frame is 35.5″ W by 40″ H, shade must at least be 39″ W by 45″ H, please choose width 39″W and height 45″H to place order, the size you ordered will be the final shade size, we can make NO deductions.
⑤ ATTENTION: Shades only work for indoor. Do not place the shades in damp environment or outdoor. The color of the actual natural bamboo may quite vary from the computer monitors/calibrations colors. It is woven shades with bamboo and linen, so It’s not very delicate. Please note that the shade can not be shipped to a BOX address.
